RPMC, Los Angeles, tapped Craig McAnsh as senior vp-global opportunity development. He had been svp-marketing at Cartoon Network.

Rose Ann Anschuetz named president and ceo of Publicis Dialog, Chicago.

Robert Uhlenbrock joined Coactivity.com, a division of CoActive Marketing Group, Cincinnati, OH, as interactive designer. Also, Aaron Jones named Web developer/programmer, Wendy Hunt account manager, and Steve Wellington interactive producer.

Mike Musachio named president and executive creative director at Impiric, New York City.

Einson Freeman, Paramus, NJ, appointed Bobbi Merkel Scott as managing partner of the agency’s Chicago office. She had been vp-brand development at Boston Beer Co.
