Self-proclaimed reformed spammer Ryan Pitylak and his former partners have agreed to pay $2.5 million plus attorney fees to settle a lawsuit bought by the state of Texas while the businesses they ran have been ordered by a judge to pay $7.5 million, according to the Texas attorney general.

True North to Acquire C3 Online Marketing
True North Corp. has signed a letter of intent to acquire C3 Online Marketing Inc.
Under the terms of the deal, True North shareholders will own 60% and C3 shareholders will own 40% of the shares of True North.
The Canadian digital marketing companies expect to complete the transaction by June 30, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
