  • GlobeDIrect Denied Injunction Against Former Employees

    GlobeDirectLLC has had its request for an injunction against several
    former employees rejected by the Middlesex Superior Court. In February,
    GlobeDirect alleged that several former employees stole work histories,
    customer lists and internal documents, and enticed GlobeDirect clients
    to work with Kirkwood Direct, a company formed in December 2006 that
    employs the former GlobeDirect workers.
