That’s a wrap on CES 2025. And I’d say we learned a thing or two while there.

For one: AI was everywhere. At Chief Marketer, we focused on brand leaders’ applications of the technology, creative activations and the next iteration of consumer interaction with AI. According to a panel of experts, the next phase will move far beyond chatbots. AI agents will dominate brand engagements, customer service interactions and avatar-led gaming experiences. Read all about it here.

We also heard scores of marketing leaders outline their progress with AI-driven campaigns, creator-led content creation, personalization through data and brand building strategies. After spending a day at C Space, the show’s gathering of marketing, advertising and media executives, we culled insights from six brand-side CMOs, hailing from The Home Depot, Mars, The Weather Company, Keurig Dr Pepper, Lenovo and Hilton.

And then there were the video interviews. The latest installment in our Brands on Fire series goes to Lenovo: North America Chief Marketing Officer Milo Speranzo dishes on the evolution of the brand’s CES presence over the years, enhanced sponsorship opportunities at F1, the rise of IT influencers and predictions for the marketing industry in 2025. We also spoke with John Deere’s Strategic PR and Enterprise Social Media Lead from a brand messaging point of view.

Plus, the Chief Marketer Network as a whole covered the hottest experiential activations, latest adtech news, PR and messaging strategies behind the scenes, and so much more. Check out all our CES content here—and stay tuned for post-show takeaways and more interviews at chiefmarketer.com.

Until next week,
