Agencyea – This Chicago shop restructured its creative department this year to consist of creative concept manager, graphic and spatial designers, and content strategists. A digital strategist was also added to AgencyEA’s digital team to expand UX design and digital content capabilities. To keep everyone centered, complimentary yoga classes are offered to all employees. Other perks include quarterly company outings, internal mentorship programs and customized professional development tracks.
