TSMGI, To drive retail sales for its client Valvoline, TSMGI developed an in-store promotion that leveraged NASCAR drivers Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jimmie Johnson, Chase Elliott and Kasey Kahne, producing life-like bobbleheads and extensive content around the “Pit Pals.” With a purchase, consumers could collect all four “Pals,” packaged in retro-designed “oil cans.” Upgraded its on-site retail capabilities and added positions for consulting services and talent management.
