Melissa Data Acquires M1 Data & Analytics

Melissa Data has acquired M1 Data & Analytics Inc., a marketing list wholesaler and data services provider, from Metro One Telecommunications. M1 had been a subsidiary of Metro One Telecommunications. Details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

M1’s directory assistance offerings will enhance Melissa Data’s new move phone and address information for U.S. consumers and businesses.

Melissa Data is retaining key M1 employees, and will continue to service and support existing M1 customers in a facility in Oregon.
