As President, North America of leading brand experience agency Momentum Worldwide, Donnalyn is charged with overseeing the success of the agency’s North American offices, people and client portfolios.
Since joining Momentum in 1995, she has escalated the agency’s work and talent, leading to an unrivalled 500+ industry accolades, including in recent years: Event Marketer’s “Best Places to Work” list; winning the SportsBusiness Journal’s “Best in Sports Events and Experiential Marketing” and “Best in Corporate Consulting, Marketing and Client Services” honors; and becoming the first-ever brand experience agency named to the Ad Age Standout Agencies List, being named to the list in both 2017 and 2018.
Over her more than 25-year career, Donnalyn has worked with numerous multinational, blue-chip marketers including Coca-Cola, American Express, Verizon, P&G, Johnson & Johnson, Mondelēz and more. Her integrated expertise has driven solutions for brands across diverse sectors such as CPG, retail, travel and tourism, financial services and telecom.
She is a founding member of the 4A’s Committee for Account Management, created to elevate and champion the practice of agency-side business leadership. Additionally, Donnalyn is a member of the 4A’s High School Initiative. As a member of the High School Executive Advisory Board, she contributes to the curriculum development for the participating high schools, whose mission is to equip today’s youth with resources to make them college- and career-ready and to enable a gateway for them to join our industry.
A seasoned leader and dedicated mentor of talent, Donnalyn is also a devoted advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, particularly for women and working mothers. In 2017, she drove Momentum’s partnership with the 3% Conference, which included a series of nationwide discussions around empowering women and diversity in the workplace. In 2018, Donnalyn was honored as a “Trailblazer Mom of the Year” by She Runs It, an organization dedicated to encouraging and promoting women’s roles in the advertising industry. Additionally, along with 180 other industry leaders, Donnalyn helped launch Times Up Advertising, whose mission is to drive new policies, practices, decisions and tangible actions that result in more balanced, diverse and accountable leadership; address workplace discrimination, harassment and abuse; and create equitable and safe cultures within agencies.
Based in New York City, Donnalyn’s free time is spent with her husband and three children.
