First Sierra Financial, Houston, will establish an Internet-based business-to-business bank, offering banking services to its active customer base of more than 55,000 small businesses.
First Sierra will use Security First Technologies Corp. to coordinate its Internet-based B-to-B financial institution. The program will be driven by Security First’s Virtual Financial Manager.
