Home furnishing giant Wayfair sold billions of dollars of furniture and home decor in 2024. But with only one physical store, the lion’s share of that was online. Having opened its first large-format store in May 2024, however, and with a handful of stores set to open in the next few years, a physical retail plan is now in motion.
