This follows the 2015 acquisition of branding specialty company JoeSmith. Employee-owned Padilla recently moved its New York offices into a new space at 4 World Trade Center and has over 240 employees across seven cities nationwide. The agency donates volunteer time, financial support and pro bono work to more than 70 nonprofits.
