Are Vertical Videos Taken Seriously?

Snapchat, that hugely popular app used by teens and twentysomethings, has popularized vertical videos. So what does that mean for marketers?

snapchat100This article brings us up to speed starting with SnapChats’ announcement last month that it partnered with mega agency WPP and the Daily Mail to form Truffle Pig, an agency who’s core services will include vertical video ad production. It follows on to explain how Twitter and Facebook come down on vertical videos.

One thought here is that the more apps that prioritize vertical videos that allow marketing content producers to make money, more resources will be put toward developing videos vertically. Here’s what you need to know.
