Formula, including its brand activation (Formula Street) and Hispanic PR (Formulatin) divisions, was acquired by global communications group Havas, becoming Havas Formula. Due to its success with Heineken USA, it is greatly expanding its work with the brand and was awarded a new contract that tripled the number of on- and off-premise and special event activations per year in the U.S. It also introduced Dunkin’ Donuts to Californians with samples and events.
