Over the last three years, it has doubled in size to 40 employees with a big focus on digital, interactive and social expertise to fold into every integrated campaign. Employees start work with 15 vacation days in the bag and 40 hours a year to go off on a philanthropic endeavor of their choice. One group of volunteers spent time designing a website for “Music for Marriage Equality” to pass legislation in Washington State last year.
