USA Interactive has completed its acquisition of coupon book marketer Entertainment Publications for $360 million.
Based in Troy, Michigan, Entertainment Publications sells more than eight million annual memberships for coupon books and online access to local 50% off and 2-for-1 discounts on dining, travel, shopping and attractions. Approximately 70,000 merchants in about 275,000 locations participate in the company’s discount programs.
Entertainment Publications’ current management will remain in place.
