Using Social Proof to Boost Conversions

Marketers can leverage social proof to build quality engagements with customers, and hopefully turn those engagements into conversions.

According to a post this week on Crazy Egg’s blog, social proof in the marketing community refers to using these online communities and their input to create positive social-proof_placeitconnections with a brand or business. Comments, user reviews and social media get customers talking online, and helping to foster these discussions to generate buzz can lead to conversions down the road.
