Readers Digest and McMurry Publishing to Offer Custom Publishing
The Reader’s Digest Association, Inc. and McMurry Publishing have joined forces to offer custom publishing services.
“Custom publishing is a fast-growing marketing tactic that gives businesses complete, cover-to-cover control over their own private-label publication,” says Joanne Katsch, director of custom publishing for Reader’s Digest in a statement.
In this partnership, Reader’s Digest will contribute its brand strength, global infrastructure, content development expertise and 100-million-name database and targeting capabilities. In turn, McMurry is to provide provide project management including editorial, design, circulation, fulfillment, account management, production management and advertising sales.
McMurry, Phoenix, AZ, offers a variety of custom publishing formats such as brochures, magazine, electronic newsletters and CD-ROM.
Pleasantville, NY-based Reader’s Digest custom publishing clients includes pharmaceutical companies Mead Johnson and GlaxoSmithKline.
