Using Mirrors, Social Scientists Outmaneuver Processed-food Giants on their own Turf

Shoppers in aTexas175 supermarket in El Paso, TX, are being nudged to the produce aisle by a look at themselves in a mirror placed at the front of their shopping carts. The mirror is part of an effort to get Americans to change their eating habits by increasing consumption of fruits and vegetables and passing up the junk food.
