Popular Coupons Hurt Bed Bath & Beyond

We all get them: Those blue-and-white Bed Bath & Beyond coupons that arrive on a regular schedule in our mailboxes. I hold onto them for months and the store always takes them and applies them to my purchases even if the coupon has long ago expired.

Bed Bath & Beyond CouponI, like others, have come to rely on the coupons. Shopping at the stores only when I have a coupon to use. But for the home furnishings giant, the coupons have turned against them. Even though its revenue rose in the last quarter, it’s profit fell 10%.
