MEI Acquires Thinque Systems Corp.

MEI, a sales force automation systems developer, has acquired Thinque Systems Corp, a provider of mobile sales-force automation tools.

“I am very pleased to announce this transaction as it continues to demonstrate our commitment to our customers, employees, shareholders and the investment community and that MEI is strategically posed for continued profitable growth, ” said Normand Drouin, president of the Morristown, NJ-based MEI in a statement.

MEI expects the integration of Thinque to be completed in the first quarter.
