LG Mobile Phones has partnered with Paramount Pictures to create a multi-faceted campaign for the film “Iron Man” across multiple media platforms.
A key interactive component is a mobile sweepstakes running through May 15 that was developed through a partnership with Slifter.
The New York-based company’s mobile shopping tool GPShopper enables millions of mobile users to search and share nearly 250 million products and promotions at over 150,000 U.S. locations, straight from their cell phones.
Slifter worked closely with LG Mobile Phones on the text messaging aspect of the campaign and building a wireless sign-up site that links to local LG Mobile products. By texting “LG” to 42229 or going to http://m.lg2win.com people have the chance to win a $7,000 LG Electronic Makeover and daily prizes ranging from LG Mobile Phones to movie tickets.
