Instagram Reigns for Ads Among Marketers

Keeping up with the latest social sites to emerge can be a real challenge. And once a marketer picks a channel—or two or three—getting the budget dollars to really make a mark can be the next big challenge.

InstagramSeveral fast-growing social media services began offering advertising opportunities of late, and according to eMarketer, marketers are interested.

A new study found that Instagram is a hot ticket, with 72% of U.S. marketers interested in earmarking dollars for the photo- and video-sharing social service. Instagram far outpaces the second-ranked social site Pinterest (41%) followed by Snapchat (36%).
