Amazon Prime Membership Goes Up 25%

amazon-primeThis week Amazon bumped up the cost of its annual Prime membership from $79 to $99, citing rising fuel and transportation costs as a significant factor. Investor anxiety has hovered around the Prime price increase since the company’s January earnings call, and Amazon stock is down about 7% this year.
