Acquisition Aids ValueClick Income Gains

Posted on by Chief Marketer Staff

ValueClick reported net income of $18.6 million for the first quarter, nearly doubling net income of $9.8 million last year.

The online marketing firm posted revenue of $156.9 million for the quarter ended March 31, a 34% increase over revenue of $117.3 million last year.

The Westlake Village CA firm attributed these results in part to its acquisition of Shopping.net last December.
