Kaiser Permanente is launching a new product for California small businesses that lets employees choose between seven different company health-plan options. The new Choice package is available to California businesses with two to 50 employees. It offers two health maintenance organization (HMO) co-payment plans, an HMO deductible plan, two point-of-service plans, a participating provider option (PPO) plan and an indemnity plan.
