Special Report: The Changing Role of Catalogs

MultichannelMerchantThink the influence of the catalog is waning? Think again. Catalogs are alive and well for both B2B and B2C marketers. While they may no longer be thought of as a selling channel for many, their influence as a marketing tool is undeniable.

The 2014 Multichannel Merchant Outlook Survey reports that ecommerce websites are the top channel through which merchants market (90%), followed by social media (87.4%) and email (83%). While catalogs have declined in their usage, 51.7% of retailers who responded to the survey said they use them to promote their brands.
