Avon #BeautyBoss Campaign Targets Millennials

Posted on by Patty Odell

For many, the company Avon might conjure days of your mom selling skin potions and fragrances to neighbors and hosting Avon parties, but the brand is refreshing its image with a new campaign to attract entrepreneurial Millennials.

The #BeautyBoss campaign aims to recruit new representatives while showing Millennials that being your own boss can be rewarding. The campaign focuses on the success stories of real-life Avon representatives.

In this video, Avon Representative Georgiana talks about how she became a rep to earn extra income to help pay for her college education. However, with her Avon business she says she was able to pay off all her debt and student loans.

A related sweepstakes lets reps visit the Avon USA Representative Facebook page to watch the Avon TV Commercial World Premiere and post a comment or question on the video thread to be entered into a drawing to win a #BeautyBoss Bundle: Beauty Boss T shirt and a variety of Avon products.
