10 Major Changes Aimed at Agencies

In the ever-transforming landscape of life in an agency, even a week can bring big change, let alone five years.

Even so, we can glean some insights by looking into the crystal ball through the eyes and ears of 10 Forbes Agency Council members. These agency pros have predicted 10 major changes that will impact agency work on a daily basis within the next five years.

For example, Sunny Bonnell, co-founder of Motto, says that user-generated content will far outpace content created in house in the marketing and advertising space. The shift is about authenticity, relevancy and trustworthiness, and the simple fact that people trust each other and they don’t trust brands. That will lead agencies to work to figure out the balance between UG-content and branded content, and what is best to connect with consumers.
